Listing Service Choices

 

First Choice: Internet and Multiple Listing Agreement

 

For the seller who wishes to negotiate and sell their own home, e Markeitng Real Estate provides multiple listing service and internet marketing for $495.

 

E Marketing Real Estate, LLC (herein known as emre) promises the following services for a pre-paid fee of $495. Payment is due at time of signing of this contract:

  1. Property submission into the Trend Multiple Listing Service including 12 color photos taken by an emre associate.
  2. Property submission into Realtor.com with “showcase” enhancement.
  3. Property submission into eMarketingRE.com website.
  4. Virtual tour will be designed by an emre associate and linked to Trend, Realtor.com, eMarketingRE.com and additional qualified websites.
  5. Emre will provide Seller with a “for sale” sign and an electronic lockbox.
  6. Emre will include our e Showings appointment center to take all incoming agent appointments and confirm with Seller. Seller will also receive a link to all agent feedback.
  7. e Marketing Real Estate will complete a comparable market analysis for sellers guidance in pricing the home.

It is understood that the Seller will be responsible for receiving agent appointment phone calls, setting up appointments, negotiating contracts, all conveyancing and any additional advertising and marketing. Emre will not represent the seller with this agreement.

If the Seller chooses to upgrade to the Full Service Listing contract, the $495 will be credited to the Seller at time of final settlement.

 

Second Choice: Full Service with Broker Representation

 

For the seller who wishes to have a Real Estate professional handle the marketing, negotiating, conveyancing and everything, e Marketing provides you will full service and representation for a fee of $4,950.
